FAQ

Where can I read the regulations in force at the place of the event?
The regulations are available on the website (link) and at the entrance to the Progresja Summer Stage.
How can I buy a ticket?
You can purchase a ticket via the website gramydowoli.pl and progresja.com. Information on other possible purchase methods is provided by the Organizer with information about the event and through the organizer’s social media channels. We remind you that tickets should be purchased only from trusted sources, about which the organizer informs.
I can’t buy a ticket – can anyone help me with that?
Yes. The necessary contact details for technical support are available on the ticketing portals.
Can I buy tickets for two different people in my name?
Yes, unless the organizer clearly states otherwise. The most important element of the ticket is a unique barcode and / or QR code. It will be verified upon entry to the event, but its verification means that it cannot be used again. We therefore recommend that you ensure that you do not disclose this code to third parties in any form.
Can I change the data after purchasing tickets?
In most cases tickets for events are not named and only a unique bar code and / or QR code will be verified. In individual cases, the organizer may, however, decide to distribute personal tickets. Then such information will appear during the ticket purchase procedure.
If I am unable to attend an event, can I return my ticket or sell it to someone else?
In accordance with the applicable general law, the ticket may be returned only in the event of cancellation of the event or in the event of a significant change in conditions (change of place, date, artist). We also advise refraining from reselling tickets – the organizer does not bear any responsibility in this case.
Will an accompanying person come with me to the concert if I have bought two tickets for one name?
Yes. In individual cases, however, tickets may be named, which you will be informed about when purchasing the ticket.
Do I have to print an electronic ticket to enter the event area?
No – it is enough to present a readable barcode and / or QR code on any medium.
Can I leave the event area for a while?
Not. The ticket entitles you to one-time entry to the event area.
Can I take photos at the concert?
In most cases, it is allowed to photograph the concert with non-professional cameras (e.g. on a telephone). It is forbidden to bring cameras with replaceable optics, cameras and professional sound recording devices to the concert venue.
Who should I contact regarding photo accreditation?
Photo and press accreditations are granted by the concert organizer.
